IPRCL Eligibility Criteria 2026

Applicants must be retired or voluntarily retired officers with relevant field experience as outlined below:

• Dy. General Manager (Projects / Civil): Retired or VR officers from Railways or PSUs having served in CDA PB-3 with Grade Pay ₹6,600 (or IDA E-4 scale) with substantial background in railway infrastructure execution.
• Sr. Manager (Projects / Loco): Retired or VR officers from Railways or PSUs in CDA PB-3/PB-2 with Grade Pay ₹5,400 / ₹4,800 (or IDA E-3 scale) with expertise in railway infrastructure projects or diesel locomotive maintenance and operation.
• Manager (P. Way, Projects, S&T, Traffic Planning, Admin, Electrical): Retired or VR officers from Railways or PSUs in CDA PB-2 with Grade Pay ₹4,600 (or IDA E-2 scale) with background in their respective technical or administrative fields.
• Dy. Manager (S&T / Traffic): Retired or VR officers from Railways or PSUs in CDA PB-2 with Grade Pay ₹4,200 / ₹4,600 (or IDA E-1 scale) with specialized domain knowledge in signaling, telecom, or railway traffic movement.
