Applicants must possess relevant academic qualifications and regular post-qualification executive experience calculated as on September 30, 2026:

• Ammonia & Urea Disciplines: Regular full-time Engineering Degree in Chemical or Chemical Technology with at least 60% marks. Candidates must have in-line experience in Ammonia/Urea plant operations conversant with DCS, ESD systems, and troubleshooting. Required experience ranges from 7 years (Assistant Manager) up to 16 years (Addl. Chief Manager).
• Contracts & Materials Discipline: Regular full-time Engineering Degree in any discipline (min 60% marks) OR full-time regular 2-year MBA / PG Diploma in Materials Management (min 60% marks). Work experience in SAP, tendering lifecycle, vendor development, inventory management, and procurement is required (7 to 14 years depending on the post level).
• Mechanical Discipline: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Mechanical with at least 60% marks. Experience in maintenance of rotating equipment, static machines, turbines, and compressors in fertilizer, petrochemical, or refinery complexes (4 years for Sr. Engineer, 7 years for Assistant Manager).
• Security Discipline (FTC): Full-time graduate who has served as a Commissioned Officer in the Armed Forces, Paramilitary, or Police Class-I Officer in CAPF with at least 5 years of service, having 12 to 14 years total supervisory security experience.
• Medical Discipline (FTC): MBBS degree recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) along with an approved Certificate of Training in Industrial Health (minimum 3 months duration) or Diploma in Industrial Health, and 5 to 9 years of relevant medical experience.
