- Senior Associate (Finance): CA, CMA, or 2-year regular MBA in Finance / Post Graduate in a related field.
- Senior Associate (HR): 2-year regular MBA in HR or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources.
- Senior Associate (Law): Regular 3-year LLB or 5-year Integrated Law degree.
- Senior Associate (IT): B.Tech in CSE / IT or MCA degree.
- Junior Engineer (Civil): 3-year regular Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Assistant (Office Support): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a typing speed of 50 words per minute on a computer.
- Assistant (Finance): B.Com degree from a recognized university.
NPCC Age Limit 2026
The age cutoff date is September 30, 2026:
- Maximum Age: 40 Years for all positions.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) applicants. PwBD and Ex-Servicemen will also receive age relaxation as per Government of India rules.
