Educational Qualifications
- Medical Superintendent [Transfer on Deputation (including Short Term Contract)]: Eligibility for regular employees on deputation posting: Officers holding analogous posts in Central Government/State Government with the following educational qualifications may apply for the post:
- i. A Medical Qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II or third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section 13(3) of the Act.
- ii. A Post Graduate Qualification, e.g. MD or MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto or M.H.A. (Masters in Hospital Administration) or a Post Graduate Degree recognized as equivalent to M.H.A. by the Medical Council of India.
- Required Experience: Ten years of experience in Hospital Administration in Hospitals after obtaining the P.G. Degree in a senior position preferably in hospitals with 300 or more beds.
- Eligibility for a retired employee on the short-term contractual appointment: Retired officers who held analogous or higher posts at the time of retirement with age upto 62 years possessing the above qualifications and
experience are also eligible to apply. - Emoluments: A consolidated amount of Rs. 1,30,000/- p.m. will be paid to the retired Govt. employee appointed on the post on a short-term contract basis. The short-term contract will be for a period of 02 years extendable
by upto one year on the same terms on manual consent Candidates must have three years of experience in a Teaching Institution. - Superintending Engineer: Officers under the Central Government / State Government / Statutory /
Autonomous Bodies / Engineering Departments possess the following educational qualifications and experience:- - (i) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or
equivalent. - (ii) Holding analogous posts on regular basis OR
- (iii) Executive Engineer (Civil) with 5 years of regular service in the
grade form CPWD/ similar officers from other Central/State Engineering Departments or Engineering Departments of Central/ State Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies and possessing 5 years regular service in the grade. - Senior Analyst (System Analyst): Officers from Ministries/Departments of Government of India/State Government/Union Territories/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies, holding analogous posts on a regular basis or posts with GP of 6600/- and above with 5 years of regular service in this grade.
- Finance and Chief Accounts Officer (Senior Accounts Officer): (iv) Officers from any of the Central Organised Accounts Services holding analogous posts or posts in the pay scale of PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 + Grade pay of Rs.5400/- with 5 years of regular service in the grade; Or (v) Audit/ Accounts Officers from any of the Central Organised Accounts Departments with 7 years regular service in the scale of PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4600 or equivalent. In the event of suitable Officers from the Central Government is not available, similar Officers in the Finance/ Accounts Departments of the Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings shall be considered.
- Hospital Architect: Deputation: Architects or officers in equivalent Grade in CPWD possessing a Degree in Architecture and having not less than 5 years experience in the line. In the event of suitable officers not being available from CPWD, similar officers from other central Government departments or central/ Autonomous/Statutory Bodies or public sector undertakings may be considered.
- Chief Dietician: Officers of the Central/State Govts. / Union Territory Administrations or of Autonomous/ Statutory bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5/8 years of regular service in the grade of Rs.5400/Rs.4600 respectively and possessing the following qualifications and experiences.
Essential: (1) M.Sc. (Food & Nutrition); and - (2) 10 years of practical experience as a Dietician in a large teaching hospital and managerial experience.
Desirable: Ph.D. in Human Nutrition or Therapeutic Dietetics. - Chief Medical Social Service Officer: Officers of the Central/State Govts. / Union Territ ory Administrations or of Autonomous/ Statutory bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years of regular service in a post in the scale of Rs. 2200-4000(PB-3 With GP of 5400) and Possessing the following qualifications and
experience: - (i) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- (ii) Master’s Degree in Professional Social Work from a recognized
- University/Institution or equivalent; and
- (iii) Twelve years of teaching/research/professional experience in a preferably Rehabilitation of orthopaedically handicapped persons.
- Deputy Chief Security Officer: Officers of the Police Departments of the Central/ State/U.T. Govts or Officers of the Para Military Forces, holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5/8 years of regular service in the scale of Rs.2200-4000 (Pre-Revised Scale of Pay Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- as per 6th CPC or in pay matrix Level-10 as per 7th CPC) / Rs.2000-3500(PreRevised Scale of Pay Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4600 as per 6th CPC or in pay matrix Level-7 as per 7th CPC) respectively and preferably having experience connected with security, handling agitations/strikes of employees.
- CSSD Officer: Officers of Central/State Govt./Autonomous/Statutory Organisation holding analogous posts on regular basis, or CSSD Supervisor with Five/Seven years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/- or 4600/-
respectively. - Nursing Superintendent: Officers of the state/Central Government of statutory/ Autonomous Bodies
holding analogous Posts. Or Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 Years of Regular Service in
the grade pay of Rs. 5400/-. - Accounts Officer: (i) Officers under the Central Government or Central Statutory / Autonomous bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis and handling Accounts and finance matters or holding posts of Accounts
/ Audit Officer or equivalent in the pay scale of Rs. 2375-3500 (Revised to Level-07 in Pay Matrix) / Rs.2200-4000 (Revised to Level-10 in Pay Matrix). - (ii) Assistant Accounts Officers in the pay scale of Rs. 2000-3200 (revised Level-07 in Pay Matrix) with 07 years of regular service in the grade (including the service in the grade of Junior Accounts Officer / SAS Accountants /Accountant in the scale of Rs. 1640-2900 (Revised to Level-06 in Pay Matrix).
- Supervising Medical Social Service Officer: Officers of the 200 bedded Hospital of Central/State/U.T. Government or Central Autonomous/Statutory/Local Self Government Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings: (a)(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or (ii) Holding a post in the Grade pay of Rs. 4600/- with 3 years of regular service in the grade, or (iii) Holding a post in the Grade pay of Rs. 4200/- with 8 years of regular service in the Grade, And (b) 5 years experience in the relevant field.
- Security Officer: Officers of the Police Departments of the Central/State/U.T. Governments or officers of the para Military Forces, holding analogous posts or with 7 years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs.1640-2900 preferably having experience connected with security, handling agitations/ strikes of employees.

Age Limit
