Assam Rifles Educational Qualification 2026
The required educational and technical qualifications vary by trade:
- Warrant Officer (Cipher): Passed Class 12th in Science (with Physics, Maths, and English) along with a 2-year ITI certificate in ICT, IT, Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, or Instrumentation Technology.
- Warrant Officer (OT Technician & Physiotherapist): Passed Class 12th with a minimum 2-year Diploma in Operation Theatre Technician or Physiotherapy (plus 1 year of hospital experience for Physiotherapist).
- Warrant Officer (Draughtsman): Passed Class 10th with a 3-year Diploma in Architectural Assistantship from a recognized polytechnic college.
- Rifleman Store Keeper Technical (EME): Passed Class 10th (Matriculation) from a recognized board.
- Rifleman (Mason): Passed Class 10th along with a self-undertaking of at least 1 year of work experience in masonry.
