Educational Qualifications

• Graduate qualification in any discipline from a recognized Board/University.
• For Direct Recruitment: Graduate preferably with Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management, training in secretariat work or passed UPSC examination of Section Officers / Stenographer / Private Secretary / Stores Purchase Officer.
• For Deputation: Graduate with experience in Administration, Accounts, House-Keeping, Establishment Matters etc.
• All educational and professional qualifications must be from a recognized Board/University.

Experience Requirement

• Direct Recruitment: Minimum five years experience in Level-10 OR seven years in Level-7 OR four years in Level-8 and four years in Level-10 with total 8 years experience of stores and accounts work in Government/Public Sector organizations.
• Deputation: Officers of Central/State Government, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies holding analogous post or with required service in Level-7 / Level-8 / Level-10 as prescribed.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Government Rules & Regulations and Computer Applications / MIS.

Age Limit

• Direct Recruitment: Not more than 40 years as on 20 January 2026.
• Deputation: Not exceeding 56 years as on the last date of application.
• No upper age limit for officers/staff already working on regular basis in the Institute.
• Age Relaxation: As per Government of India rules.
